Premium Makhana

Premium Makhana refers to the top-tier, export-grade sorting of popped lotus seeds, originating predominantly from the traditional wetland belt of Mithila and North Bihar (Darbhanga, Madhubani, Purnia). Unlike standard commercial grades (4 to 5 Suta), Premium Makhana is mechanically and manually hand-sorted to isolate 6 Suta, 6+ Suta, and 7 Suta kernels (roughly 19mm to 25mm+ in diameter).
