Dried Apricots are naturally sun-dried or warm-air dehydrated ripe apricots (Prunus armeniaca). In the Indian market, they are primarily sourced as Turkish Soft Pitted Apricots (Malatya), Afghani Apricots, or domestic Ladakhi / Kashmiri Khubani (both wild seeded and pitted).
