Afghan Apricots are naturally sun-cured apricots imported from the high-altitude valleys of Afghanistan (such as Kandahar, Ghazni, and Bamiyan). Unlike Turkish apricots—which are typically de-stoned, treated, and extra-soft—authentic Afghan apricots are traditional, sun-dried heirloom varieties valued for their intense flavor and natural processing.
