Dried Kiwi

Dried kiwi is made by slicing and dehydrating ripe green kiwi fruits (Actinidia deliciosa). They retain their vibrant emerald-green color with a ring of tiny edible black seeds around a pale center. Dried kiwi offers a soft, chewy texture and a signature tropical sweet and tangy (khatta-meetha) flavor.
