Sesame Seeds

Sesame seeds are tiny, oil-rich flat seeds harvested from the Sesamum indicum plant. In India, they are widely consumed as White Til (safed til), Black Til (kala til), and Brown Til. They have a distinct nutty aroma and are among the oldest oilseed crops known.
